Service and efficiency was 1st class. They couldn't do enough. I wouldn't normally go to dealers for repairs as I believed they were overly expensive.....they have turned me! Very much, value for money experience and they provided me with a van to use for my deliveries whilst they assessed and fix my van within 24 hours!

Andy has been great. As I ordered in May and only just got it. He's kept me updated all though the process. On collection day all went really smoothly and Andy was really helpful on using the car and paper work

Relaxed approach and atmosphere (which seems rare for a car dealership). Everyone is very friendly, from sales to service and parts. Adam (Sales for Renault and Dacia) was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful but with zero pressure, and he is the reason why I bought my new car from DSG Morecambe. My father has also bought two cars from this dealership and has had the same experience from all members of staff. One very happy customer and highly recommend to all!

Fabulous friendly efficient service as always. Would not take my car anywhere else. The service staff always explain what is going to happen and how long it’s going to take, and the cost. They go out of their way to make you feel confident about the service they are providing. Coffee is great too 🤣 would definitely recommend. …

Friendly and relaxed atmospher with no imposed sales pressure (unlike other dealerships nearby). Adam was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful and he is the reason why I bought my new car from this dealership. Other members of staff were also friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Really difficult to park as there is no real clear parking signage. I was already stressed before walking in. As with most showrooms these days gone are the days when the customer is offered help. Went to the Renault side, 2 women in office talking,I asked for help and one of them got a man from the Hyundai side to come over. He clearly didn't want to be taken away from his paperwork, didn't make me feel uncomfortable but did make me leave sooner than I would have. I have met with a nice Renault chap on my first visit but unfortunately he wasn't there on this visit. I'm in no rush to go back. Feels like it's been pushed into a corner of the industrial estate and forgotten about.
